"I had my earthquake insurance with Arlene. Without my consent, this policy was cancelled and I was assured by her that it would be reinstated in 10-12 days given the error by her team. Had to keep chasing her down for it, there were no updates from her on it. This insurance was never re-instated. I moved out of the property 3 months later and thankfully didn't need the insurance. She is HIGHLY unprofessional and would never recommend her to anyone given so many better agents in that area."
